  • One of UK’s hottest singer/songwriters LEWIS WATSON is returning to Australian shores this June in support of his sensational as yet unreleased second album midnight. The rising troubadour, known for his impressive live shows, will treat fans to a collection of striking new tracks that have yet to be played live, as well as fan favourites that will have hearts melting everywhere.

After gaining the worlds attention through his monumental stripped-back YouTube tracks,
LEWIS WATSON has cemented himself as a powerful force, being compared to icons like Ed Sheeran and Bon Iver. His trademark sound is an effortless blend of dynamic chords, powerful melody, and raw, heartfelt vocals like no other. His exquisite songwriting ability is one that can’t be faulted.

Midnight, the Oxford singer’s sophomore album, is testament to change. Written and recorded
entirely under his own stream, with friends as collaborators it’s a sonic leap on from his largely acoustic debut – bigger, bolder, beautifully textured and more experimental, but still as brutally
honest and achingly intimate as his bewitching early EPs.
“It’s an evolution from my first album,” says Lewis. “It’s grander, heavier and more electronic.
Having SOLD OUT his previous Australian shows in a matter of days, don’t miss LEWIS WATSON this June when he heads back to Australia to support his new record ‘ Midnight’.

“The gentle guitar picking is something Ben Howard would be proud of and the chorus has an essence of Michael Jackson about it.”
    Renowned For Sound

“The 21 year old solo artist pushes his work just a little further, creating a collection of songs that are organic, truthful and all-round breathtaking.”
    - The AU Review

“Keep an eye on Lewis Watson.”
